As food lovers as well as athletes, we’ve developed recipes combining great taste with useful nutrients. No additives, nothing artificial.
Oats: slow-release carbohydrate for long-lasting energy
Yeast extract: rich source of protein, vitamin B and chromium
Chia seeds: excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which protect against heart attack and stroke; rich in antioxidants
Onion: source of phytochemicals and vitamin C, which help improve immunity. Also contain chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar. Reduce inflammation and heal infections
Rosemary: a powerhouse of herbs, rosemary improves mood, reduces inflammation, relieves pain, protects the immune system and stimulates circulation – phew!
Almonds: a source of vitamin E, copper, magnesium, and high-quality protein
Cheese: calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamins A and B12, and fat – you’ll need some if you’re burning all those calories
Paprika: a good source of vitamin A, and packed with antioxidants
